Inserting characters
in the landscape
The environment we perceive is the composition of abstract
icons (eg. trees or bushes) in space. Nature creates its own
icons and the composition of these evokes emotion in us.
These emotions are divergent in each of us. I believe that
being unique is natural. Therefore, I use my sensory perception
and empathy as basic tools to create a new icon "VILLA". I
embed this into the landscape and thus develop its natural
composition. The metamorphosis of the icon and the existing
space naturally create a new emotional scene ...
My pieces capture the movement of embedded energy and
the subsequent growth into the form itself, with which we leave
our mark here with the client for future generations...

Concept
My work is characterized by the transition 'from lines to form', which is the transformation of emotion into space. Everything starts
with a line, which transitions into a form - a shape - and afterward it returns to a line again. A line is an imaginary contour in the
landscape and the form is an entity in itself. The concept "FROM LINES TO FORM" captures this transformation of contours into an
object of art.
